Tuesday - 7:15AM - 7:00PM

Friday - 8AM - 4:30PM

Cancellation Policy:
-$50 fee for regular visit cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. No exceptions
-$100 fee for initial evaluation cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or no-show. No exceptions

In Brooklyn:
Tuesdays and Fridays by appointment. 48 hour cancellation notice required. Please call to inquire.
